Nickel alloy

Nickel alloy is an alloy composed of nickel as the base and other elements. The Monel alloy containing about 30% copper produced around 1905 is an earlier nickel alloy.
Nickel has good mechanical, physical and chemical properties, adding appropriate elements can improve its oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and improve some physical properties.
Nickel alloys can be used as materials for electronic tubes, precision alloys (magnetic alloys, precision resistance alloys, electrothermal alloys, etc.), nickel-based superalloys, nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys and shape memory alloys. Nickel alloys are widely used in energy development, chemical industry, electronics, navigation, aviation and aerospace and other sectors.

Nickel alloy advantages

Temperature Resistance  Nickel alloys are also resistant to high temperatures. This makes them ideal for use in applications such as furnace linings and turbochargers, where they can withstand temperatures of up to 1200 degrees Celsius.
Magnetism  Nickel alloys are also magnetic, which makes them ideal for a variety of applications where magnetism is required, such as in electric motors and generators.
Low Expansion Rate  Nickel alloys have a low expansion rate, which means that they will not change shape or size significantly when exposed to changes in temperature. This makes them ideal for use in applications such as optical systems and medical implants, where a low expansion rate is critical.
Increased Durability  Nickel alloys are known for their increased durability compared to other metals. This is due to the fact that nickel is a very strong metal that is resistant to both corrosion and wear. This makes nickel alloys ideal for use in applications where the metal will be exposed to harsh conditions, such as in the automotive or aerospace industries.
